How to mark holiday for an unplanned one?

An unplanned holiday is a holiday that was not part of the original holiday list but needs to be declared later due to unexpected circumstances, such as:Government-declared holidays announced lateRegional or local holidaysEmergency closures.
 

Follow these simple steps:

Go to Time & Attend from the left-hand menu.

Click on Shifts/Weekly Offs & Holidays.

Open the Holidays tab. Select the relevant Holiday Plan (for example, Holidays – India).

Click on + Add Holiday.

Enter the Holiday Name. Select the Holiday Date. (Optional) Mark it as a Floater/Optional Holiday if applicable.

Click Save (✅ tick icon). The holiday is instantly added to the selected holiday plan.
