Keka now supports integration with MakeMyTrip MyBiz, enabling seamless synchronization of employee and travel data between platforms. This integration simplifies travel management by eliminating manual data entry and ensuring a streamlined booking process.
There are two integration types available depending on your organization’s travel management needs.
1. Employee data sync with MyBiz
Who is this for?

Organizations that use MyBiz directly for travel management and do not use the Keka Travel module.
How it works:

Organizations subscribed to the Keka API add-on can enable employee data sync from Keka HRMS to MyBiz.

Once set up, employee records in MyBiz are automatically updated using Keka as the single source of truth.

This eliminates the need for manual employee data entry on the MyBiz platform.
2. Keka TravelDesk integration with MyBiz
✅ Requires a one-time setup fee and active Keka API subscription.
Who is this for?

Organizations that use Keka TravelDesk to manage travel requests and approvals.

The integration removes the need for TravelDesk admins to manually input booking data into MyBiz.
Booking flow: How it works
1) Advance request submission
-
Employees can submit travel advance requests with enhanced dropdowns for:
-
Mode of travel: Air – search and select airports and class of travel.
-
Accommodation – search and select cities (India only).
-
This enhancement replaces manual entry with verified location-based selections.

2) Approval and sync with MyBiz

Once the advance request is approved in Keka, booking details are automatically sent to MyBiz.

TravelDesk admins can view approved bookings in the Approved Booking section in MyBiz.

3) Ticket booking and confirmation

TravelDesk admins complete bookings directly within the MyBiz portal.

After confirmation, ticket details are synced back to Keka, and the status updates to Confirmed automatically.

TravelDesk module updates
To support this integration, the following updates have been made in the Advance module:

Airport and city selection fields now support search and select.
-
Travel class can be chosen via dropdown instead of manual input.

These updates improve accuracy, usability, and automation throughout the travel request and booking cycle.
