The process to change project statuses, such as "In Progress" to "Completed" or "On Hold".
Who Can Do This?
Admins who have the necessary permissions to update project statuses in the PSA module.
Pre-requisites
Access to the Projects section in Keka PSA.
Necessary permissions to update project status.
Step by step instructions
Access the Project
Navigate to the Projects section from the top menu.
From the displayed project list, choose the project for which you wish to update the status.
Open the Project Menu
On the project page, locate the three-dot icon in the upper right corner.
Click on the icon and select the Update option from the dropdown menu.
Select the Desired Status
From the Project Status dropdown menu, select the desired status (e.g., "Completed," "On Hold," etc.).
Click Update to apply your changes.
Complete Project Status Update (if applicable)
When setting the status to Completed, a popup will appear prompting you to confirm the project end date.
You can also choose to End active employees' allocation from the project, which will automatically end all active resource allocations.
