Introduction
Keka Hire now includes permission control for the 'Send Email' action. Admins can decide who within the recruitment team is allowed to send emails directly from the platform to candidates or external stakeholders. By default, Hiring Managers and Recruiters can send emails through Keka Hire. However, some organizations may prefer to restrict email access to specific users for security, brand consistency, or compliance reasons. This gives admins the ability to control email communication privileges with ease.
Send Email Action
- Navigate to Global Settings.
- Access the Roles & Permissions section and select the option to Edit Permissions.
- Select the role (e.g., Hiring Manager, Recruiter, Coordinator).
- Locate the Send Email permission under the Candidate Actions section.
- Enable or disable the checkbox as needed. Save the changes to apply updated access controls immediately.
