Introduction
Keka’s Hire module is designed for managing end-to-end recruitment workflows. While it’s usually used by recruiters, some organizations may want to give Global Admins full access to recruitment operations. This article walks you through how to grant HIRE access to a global admin using Roles and Permissions.
Open Roles and Permissions
Go to Global Settings from the main navigation menu.
You'll land on the Roles and Permissions page.
Assign HIRE Role to the Global Admin
Click the User Roles tab.
Find the role labeled Hire Admin and click Manage Users.
Use the search field to find the global admin by name.
Select the user and click Save.
What Happens Next
Once assigned, the global admin will gain full access to the Hire module. This includes the ability to manage recruitment workflows, configurations, and overall hiring settings—ensuring centralized control across modules.
