Introduction
The responsibility for the recruitment process falls on various individuals including hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers. These users need to be added to the Keka Hire portal so that they can filter out the candidates and select the ones that best suit the open job position. However, due to certain circumstances, employees/users might not receive the invite email, and we might have to resend the invite to a user.
Resend an invite to a user
- Access the Keka Hire portal and select the Settings option from the main menu.
- Under Organization, go to the Users Management section.
- Click on the three dots against the user that you want to resend the invite to and select Resend Invite.
- You can use the search bar to search for the user.
If the user has not yet accepted the invitation and completed their registration, you will have the option to resend the invite. However, if they have already accepted the invitation, the option to resend will no longer be available.
