Introduction
Keka’s Peer-to-Peer Rewards program lets employees recognise each other’s efforts through a point-based appreciation system. It encourages a culture of gratitude and collaboration—right from within your workspace.
This article walks you through how to set up, manage, and temporarily pause or resume the program, so it fits your organisation's needs.
Rewards Dashboard Overview
To access the dashboard:
Go to Engage.
Click Rewards, then select Peer to Peer.
Here’s what you’ll find on the dashboard:
Points Utilisation: Tracks how many points were used, unused, or expired over time.
Split by Category: Breaks down reward types (like Praises or Wishes).
Top Point Givers & Most Rewarded: Shows who gave and received the most rewards.
Participation Rate: Measures engagement by tracking how many employees gifted or received points.
Pause or Resume the Peer-to-Peer Program
To pause the program:
Go to Engage and click on Rewards. Under Rewards, click on Peer to Peer.
Click Pause Program at the top right.
3. Confirm by selecting Pause Program in the pop-up.
To resume:
Click Resume Program.
2. Choose to Resume Immediately or set a future date.
3. (Optional) Check the box to sync the next reward cycle with the resume date.
4. Click Resume Program to activate.
Configure Monthly Point Allocations
Set how many points employees and managers can gift each month:
Go to Settings and click on Peer to Peer.

Under Basic Allocations:
Set standard monthly points for all employees.
Assign additional points to managers based on their team size.
Add team-specific exceptions if needed.
Use Edit to make changes.
Example Setup:
Standard: 1000 points/month.
Manager: 10000 points per reportee.
The system auto-updates budget estimates based on your inputs.
Set Giftable Point Options
Control how many points can be gifted at once:
Go to Settings and click on Peer to Peer.
Scroll to Gifting Point Options.
Edit or add options (e.g., 5, 10, 15, 20 points).
4. Click Save to apply changes.
These predefined values help standardise peer recognition across the company.
