What’s New in Pulse
We’ve enhanced Pulse to give you greater flexibility and control in how you gather employee insights.
Key Updates:
Recommended Metrics: Start with five preselected metrics, or expand up to 10 metrics for broader coverage.
Customisable Questions: Within each metric, you can now choose up to five questions, offering more targeted feedback while reducing survey fatigue.
These changes make it easier to collect relevant insights — without overwhelming employees.
Why These Updates Matter
Our data showed that employees previously had long gaps between feedback cycles.
By simplifying surveys and shortening cycles, we’ve reduced the feedback lead time from 19 weeks to just 5 weeks. This ensures employees are asked all key questions more frequently — leading to faster insights and better responsiveness.
How to Get Started
For Existing Users
Your current setup remains unchanged.
You can now select or deselect metrics and questions to customise your feedback process.
Each employee will continue receiving questions from one metric at a time, while metrics are rotated across the organisation.
Pro Tip: Keep the number of questions per metric small to improve completion rates and engagement.
For New Users
By default, five recommended metrics will be enabled — each with a set of predefined questions.
-
You can customise these settings anytime by:
Adding up to 10 metrics
Selecting or editing the questions under each metric
This flexibility ensures a more tailored and relevant feedback experience from the start.
