Introduction
Collecting employee feedback through Pulse is a key step in understanding how your people feel at work. It helps leaders gauge team morale, engagement levels, and areas that need attention—without requiring lengthy surveys.
How it works
Every week, when employees log in to their Keka portal, they'll see a prompt on their dashboard with a short set of five questions.
These questions are quick to answer and designed to encourage honest feedback.
Answering the Pulse
If employees choose to participate:
-
They can click Start on the Pulse notification.
Each question will display five options.
-
Employees need to pick one response and click Next to proceed.
After you’ve completed submitting your Pulse responses, you may also see an option to “Review us on Glassdoor.” This prompt appears only when your overall feedback is positive—typically above an 80% satisfaction level.
If you choose to proceed, you’ll be redirected to Glassdoor where you can share your experience and submit a public review about your workplace.
-
You will also see a disclaimer informing you that your review will be submitted on Glassdoor’s platform and will follow Glassdoor’s guidelines and policies. This ensures complete transparency before you continue.
And that’s everything you need to know about answering Pulse in Keka—simple, fast, and impactful.
What happens next?
Within 2–3 weeks, you'll begin to see valuable insights from the collected responses.
These help drive better conversations, decisions, and improvements across the organization.
Notes & Tips
- Please note that the questions sent to employees are predetermined and cannot be customised, as they are set by default.
- All responses from employees are kept anonymous. Employers only see a summary of overall responses, not individual answers. This ensures privacy and encourages honest feedback.
