Pulse surveys are a fast, non-intrusive way to check in with your employees and understand how they’re feeling. Like a regular health check for your culture, Keka Pulse helps you track engagement, satisfaction, and workplace dynamics—all without disrupting your team’s day.
What is Keka Pulse?
Keka's Pulse goes beyond simple surveys. It provides a comprehensive view of employee experience across key dimensions such as:
Job satisfaction
Team collaboration
Communication effectiveness
These insights allow HR and leadership teams to recognise what's working, spot concerns early, and take action to improve engagement and morale.
What’s New in Pulse 2.0?
The updated Pulse 2.0 officially went live on 2nd February 2024, with several key improvements:
Old surveys deprecated: All legacy Pulse surveys were discontinued on launch.
New survey setup from 5th February 2024.
No data loss: Existing survey data remained intact and viewable.
Pulse 2.0 introduced a cleaner interface, enhanced customisation, and smarter insights—making it easier to act on real-time employee sentiment.

Glassdoor Integration
With Pulse 2.0, you can connect your employee feedback to your external brand reputation.
How it Works
Setup:
Admins can add their company’s Glassdoor URL in Pulse settings.
Redirect Logic:
Employees who rate 8 or above in the latest Pulse cycle will see a prompt to leave a Glassdoor review.
Those rating below 8 will not receive the prompt.
Redirects appear only once every 3 months per employee.
This integration helps amplify positive sentiment and strengthen your employer brand.
