Whether you're new to the company or collaborating across departments, these tools make it easy to navigate your workplace.
Using the organization tree
The Organization Tree provides a visual map of your company’s structure, including reporting lines, designations, and departments.
To access it:
Click Org from the left navigation menu.
Select the Employees tab.
Go to the Organization Tree tab.
From here, you can:
Explore your team: By default, the view focuses on you and your team.
Switch perspectives:
Select Top of the Org to see leadership-level structure.
Select Me to see only you and your direct/indirect reportees.
Expand or collapse reporting lines using the toggles on employee cards.
Group by department for a department-wise view of employees.
See key info: Each card shows designation, department, reporting structure, and location.
To save or share the org chart:
Click the download icon.
Choose to download it as a PDF, image, or CSV file.
Using the employee directory
The Employee Directory lets you search for any employee and view their details, such as role, department, and contact info.
To open it:
Click Org from the left navigation menu.
Select the Employees tab.
Click the Employee Directory tab.
By default, you'll see employees from your own department. To find others:
Use the search bar to enter names or keywords.
Apply filters to narrow down results.
To view more details for a specific employee:
Click the three-dot menu on their card.
Select Open Profile.

Focus on yourself and your team (Me)
Group employees by department
Download Formats: PDF, image, or CSV
Directory Default View: Shows employees in your department; use filters to expand scope

Tip: Use the Organization Tree to understand who reports to whom before meetings or collaborations—it helps with better context.
Tip: Searching in the Employee Directory is the fastest way to get contact details if you’re unsure where someone fits in the org.
