Need quick access to company policies, guidelines, or codes of conduct? Keka makes it easy through the Organization Documents section in the HR portal. You can view, download, and refer to important documents anytime, all in one place.
This feature is especially helpful for new employees, policy reviews, or when you need official documentation on the go.
1. Navigate to the Organization Documents
To access documents shared by your HR or admin team:
Click Org from the left navigation menu.
Go to the Documents tab.
Select Organization Documents.
2. Browse Document Sections
You'll see a list of document sections on the left.
Click on any section to view the documents under it.
These documents are specific to your role, department, or the entire organization.
3. View or Download a Document
Click the document title to open it.
To save a copy, click the download icon on the document preview.
You can access all organization-level documents from this single location, making it easy to find what you need when you need it.

Tip: If you’re unsure which section a document is in, try scanning through a few categories—admins typically organize content by department or document type.
