Goals in Keka are measurable objectives assigned to employees to drive performance within a defined timeframe. Sometimes, due to internal movements or role changes, you may need to delete existing goals to assign new ones.
Keka allows Performance Admins to delete multiple goals at once for easier management.
Steps to delete goals assigned to an employee or in bulk
Go to the Performance module.
Click on the Goals section.
In the Administration panel, go to the Goals tab.

Select All Goals to view a list of assigned goals.
Use the checkboxes to select the goals you want to delete.

Click the Delete button.
Notes & tips
You cannot delete goals if their associated timeframe is closed or locked.
Make sure the timeframe is active before attempting deletion.
The selected goals will be removed from the system, allowing you to assign new, relevant objectives.
