Keka makes it simple to assign multiple structured goals in one go using pre-defined templates. This feature helps save time and ensures consistency across teams, whether you're assigning goals to yourself or your team.
Where to Access Goal Templates
For Employees (Self-Assignment):
Go to Performance > Goals > Me
For Managers & Admins (Team Assignment):
Go to Performance > Goals > My Team
How to Bulk Assign Goals from Templates
Go to Performance and click on Goals.
Select either Me or My Team, depending on whether you’re assigning goals to yourself or your team.
Click the + Add Goal button.
From the dropdown, select Select from Templates.
Browse the categories on the left (e.g., Sales, Customer Success).
Check the boxes next to the goals you want to assign.
You can select goals from multiple categories in one session.
Click Add Goals at the top-right to assign the selected goals.
Optionally, customise goal details such as the title, metrics, and targets before finalising.
Once you are done with customising all the goal details, click on Publish.
