Navigate to the Objectives Module
- Log in to your Keka account.
- Click on Performance from the left navigation bar.
- Select Objectives from the top menu under the Administration section.
Access the Employees List
- Under the Employees tab, you will see a list of employees along with their respective objectives, key results, and other details.
- Use the filters to narrow down your search by department, job title, or other criteria, if necessary.
Select Employees
- Check the boxes beside the employees for whom you want to clone objectives.
2. Once employees are selected, click on Add Existing Objectives buttons will be enabled.
Clone Existing Objectives
- Once you click on Add Existing Objectives, it will redirect you to the cloning menu.
- A new dialog box will appear displaying the list of objectives that can be cloned.
Choose Objectives to Clone
- Select the objectives you want to clone by checking the boxes beside their titles.
- In the dialog box, choose the target timeframe for the cloned objectives (e.g., from Q4-2025 to Q4-2025).
- Next click on Assign Objectives.
Confirm Cloning
- Click on the Clone button to confirm the action.
- A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the objectives have been successfully cloned to the selected employees.

- Use the filters to streamline the process and focus on specific groups of employees.
- Review objectives carefully before cloning to avoid duplications or errors.
- Ensure the timeframe is correct to align with organisational planning.
