Types of Negligence Reports

Here are the different negligence reports available in Keka:

No Shows

• Lists employees who were absent from work on the selected dates.

Late Comers

• Shows employees who arrived late during the chosen period.

Early Leavers

• Tracks employees who left early on the selected dates.

Missing Swipes

• Identifies employees who missed clocking in or out during the period.

Frequent Breaks

• Highlights employees who step out frequently, indicating potential misuse of break time.

Least Hours Worked

• Lists employees who worked fewer hours than the required effective hours.

Penalized Leave

• Records leave deductions applied due to:

  • No shows

  • Late coming

  • Shortage of work hours
