Types of Attendance Reports
Working Days & Effective Hours Summary
Shows total days worked, including aggregated work hours, absences, leave taken, weekly offs, and holidays.
Worked on Holidays Summary
Lists employees who were present on a holiday or weekly off.
Attendance Status Report
Provides the status of employees (Present, Absent, On Leave, Weekly Off, etc.) for selected dates.
Working Days Summary
Displays a breakdown of workdays, WFH/OD requests, absences, penalizations, and leave taken or deducted.
Employee Attendance Report
Summarizes each employee’s total present days, absent days, and leave taken.
Attendance Exception Logs
Captures any restrictions or errors that occurred while submitting attendance requests (e.g., adjustments, WFH/OD).
Employees Time Assignments Report
Shows assigned shifts and weekly offs for employees in a selected date range.
Overtime Breakup Details
Provides day-wise overtime details for employees who worked beyond designated hours, based on policy.
Overtime Consolidated Hours Report
Summarizes total gross, effective, and overtime hours for employees during the selected period.
Overtime CompOff Details
Displays employees who were awarded comp-offs for overtime worked, in line with company policy.
