How to download 1:1 meeting information report?

1:1 meetings in Keka are structured discussions between employees and their managers during performance review cycles. These conversations are important for providing feedback, tracking progress, and setting expectations.

If you're a Performance Admin, you can easily generate and download reports related to these meetings.

Steps to download 1:1 meeting information report

1. Go to the Performance module in Keka.

2. Click on the Reports section.

3. Under 1:1 Meeting Reports, select 1:1 Meeting Information Report.

   

4. Apply the relevant filters (e.g., time period, department, reviewer).

5. Click Run to generate the report.

6. Click Download Excel if you want to save a copy.

   

You now have a downloadable report containing all the 1:1 meeting data based on your selected filters.
