How to download a Review Rating Report for a completed Review?

Keka’s Review Rating Report gives you a complete view of the ratings submitted by all participants in a review cycle. Once reviews are completed, you can download this report for easier analysis, decision-making, record keeping, or compliance purposes.

Steps to download a review rating report for a completed review

1. Go to the Performance module in Keka.

2. Click on the Reports tab.

3. Under Review Reports, select Employee Review Rating Report.

   

4. Use the filters to narrow down your data:

   • Review Cycle

   • Review Instance

   • Review Group

5. Click Run to generate the report.

6. To save a copy, click the Download arrow and select your preferred format.

   

You now have a complete report of all employee ratings for the selected review cycle, ready to be reviewed or archived.
