Keka provides a range of reports during a review cycle to help you track progress and analyze evaluation outcomes effectively. These reports support better visibility, transparency, and performance analysis across teams and individuals.
Before Publishing the Review
Before the review cycle is published, you can access reports that help monitor:
The assignment status of reviewers
The completion status of reviews by employees and reviewers
These insights allow admins and managers to ensure timely progress and identify bottlenecks early in the cycle.
After Publishing the Review
Once the review cycle is published, more detailed reports become available. These reports offer:
A summary of performance feedback
Final scores assigned to employees
Various statistics at different stages, such as the number of employees whose reviews are not yet launched
To view these insights, simply click the “View” button next to the relevant statistic.
Available Reports
Keka provides a broad set of reports that can be viewed or downloaded from the Reports section. These include:
Rating Reports: Accessible once ratings are assigned and the review cycle is published.
Employee Cancellation Reports: Available prior to publishing, these track cancelled reviews.
Review Status Reports: Provide visibility into the current state of employee reviews—who has completed, who is pending, and more.
Whether you're tracking review progress or analysing final performance outcomes, Keka’s reporting features provide the clarity and structure needed to manage review cycles effectively. Use these reports to ensure accountability, drive performance conversations, and make informed decisions.
