How to download the Consolidated Review Rating Report?

The Consolidated Review Rating Report provides a complete overview of all ratings submitted by participants in a review cycle—along with their current review stage. This report is essential for performance analysis, record keeping, and making informed decisions.

Steps to download the consolidated review rating report

1. Go to the Performance module in Keka.

2. Click on the Reports tab.

3. Under the Categories section, select Review Reports.

4. Click on Consolidated Review Rating Report.

   

5. Choose the relevant filters:

   • Review Cycle

   • Review Instance

   • Review Group

   • Any additional filters as needed

6. Click Run to generate the report.

7. To save the report, click the Download arrow and click on Download Excel to save it in excel format.

   

You’ll receive a full report showing employee ratings and review progress across the selected review cycle—ideal for audits, insights, or end-of-cycle reviews.
