A bonus is an extra payment included in an employee’s CTC. Sometimes, you may need to edit or delete a bonus — for example, if the employee becomes ineligible or if the payout details change.
View Assigned Bonuses
Search for the employee.
Go to Finances → Pay → Salary.
In the Salary Timeline, click the arrow to expand and view bonuses.
Edit Bonus Type or Payout Date
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the bonus.
Select Edit Bonus.
Update the Bonus Type, Payment Status, or Payout Date.
Click Save.
Edit Bonus Amount
In the expanded view, click Update.
Enter the new amount and select:
Correction of amount, or
Revision of amount.
Add a note and click Update.
