In Keka, employee objectives are scheduled within specific timeframes. If you want the same objectives to repeat across periods—like quarterly or monthly—you don’t have to set them up manually each time.
Keka lets you automate timeframe creation, so objectives continue to roll out based on your preferred schedule.
You can also manually add additional timeframes if needed.
Edit Automatic Timeframe Settings
Go to the Performance module.
Select the Objectives tab.
Click on Settings and choose Time Frames.
-
You’ll see the current Time Frame Settings.
-
Click Edit Settings.
-
Adjust the following as needed:
Start Month for the cycles
Frequency to create Goal cycles (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly)
Frequency of Goal updates
-
Click Save to apply the changes.
Keka will now automatically generate timeframes based on these settings.
Add a Manual (Ad-hoc) Timeframe
If you need a timeframe outside of the automated schedule:
-
Click Add Time Frame from the same Time Frames section.
-
Enter the following:
Time Frame Name
Start Date
End Date
-
Click Add to create the new timeframe.
You can now manage both automated and ad-hoc timeframes for objectives, giving you full control over performance cycles.
