Understanding Keka Hire Integrations

 



Keka Hire offers a wide range of integrations that empowers you to streamline your recruitment processes by connecting Keka with other essential tools. These integrations are categorised into different types based on their functionality, including Online Meeting Platforms, Mailing, Calendar Sync, Job Boards, and Online Assessment Tools.

To access integration apps, simply click on the Apps section located in the left-hand navigation menu.

The section for apps is divided into "Org apps" and "My apps." As a global admin, you have the authority to select the apps that your organization will utilize. From this page, you can easily enable or disable integrations for these apps to tailor your recruitment processes to your specific needs.


Org Apps


Within the organisational Apps section, you will find a variety of integratable applications available for seamless connectivity.

1. Online Meeting Platforms

These integrations allow you to schedule and manage interviews directly within Keka Hire. The available platforms include:

  • Zoom
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Google Meet

How it works: Once integrated, recruiters can create, schedule, and join virtual interviews directly on the integrated platforms through Keka Hire.

2. Mailing

Integrating your email service ensures all candidate communications are centralised within Keka Hire. Supported platforms:

  • Gmail
  • Outlook

How it works: Emails sent and received through these platforms are automatically synced with Keka, allowing for seamless communication tracking and management within the platform.

You can only integrate with either outlook or gmail at a time

3. Calendar Sync

These integrations help in keeping track of interview schedules and ensuring all relevant parties are aligned.

  • Google Calendar
  • Outlook 365 Calendar

How it works: These calendar integrations enable you to seamlessly sync interview schedules with your personal or team calendars, helping to prevent scheduling conflicts and missed meetings. Additionally, interviewers can set their availability for interviews, allowing candidates to self-schedule based on the available time slots.

4. Job Boards

Job board integrations enable recruiters to post jobs directly from Keka Hire to popular job boards, expanding their reach:

  • Naukri
  • LinkedIn
  • CareerBuilder

How it works: Once integrated, job postings can be managed from within Keka Hire, and applications submitted through these platforms are added directly to the respective jobs in Keka.

5. Online Assessment Tools

These integrations streamline the candidate assessment process by enabling you to conduct and manage assessments directly within Keka Hire:

  • Mercer Mettl
  • HackerEarth

How it works: These tools allow you to create, assign, and track candidate assessments such as coding challenges or aptitude tests directly from Keka Hire.

My Apps

The "My Apps" section allows you to synchronise your personal email, meeting platforms, and calendar sync. In contrast, the "Org Apps" section connects to organisation-level integrations and provides the option to enable specific integrations. This setup enables the possibility of incorporating personal integrations through the "My Apps" section.
