How to integrate Mercer | Mettl with Keka Hire.

Steps to follow when integrating your Mercer Mettl account with Keka Hire for easy assessments.

Mercer | Mettl is an all-in-one online assessment platform provider to help you scale your talent management processes easily and effectively. Their talent assessment tools are designed to measure personality, aptitude, communication and job-specific skills.

Integrating Mercer | Mettl with Keka Hire allows you to send assessments to candidates directly through Keka Hire and get the results.

Let us take a look at the steps involved in integrating Mercer | Mettl with the Keka Hire platform - 

To access integration apps, simply click on the Apps section located in the left-hand navigation menu and select Org Apps.

Scroll down to find the Online Assessments section. Here, you will see the cards for Mercer | Mettl integration.

To get started with the Mercer | Mettl integration with Keka Hire, click on the Configure button within the Mercer | Mettl card.

A new page will open up asking you to enter Public and Private API keys (1).

To get your API keys, please contact your Mettl Account/Sales manager or send an email to mettl-delivery@mercer.com.

Configure the Proctoring Settings (2) if you wish to monitor the candidate while they appear for their assessment. Finally, click on Connect (3).

Additionally, you have the option to pause and resume the integration at any time by switching the toggle on the Mercer | Mettl card from enabled to disabled and vice versa.
