Welcome to Keka Learn! 

Your virtual courses and assessments now have a dedicated space right within your Keka HR Portal! We’re excited to support your employees' learning journey. With Keka Learn, you can effortlessly manage virtual learning programs for your organization. Simply upload your courses, invite learners, and track their progress—it’s that easy!

Learning is the backbone of every successful organization. History has shown that the most resilient companies are those committed to learning and adapting to new challenges.

Let’s dive into the key features of Keka Learn and discover how it can transform learning within your organization!

To access the keka Learn, Navigate to Learn section on the left navigation pane. This will land you on the Learn Dashboard.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides valuable insights into overall statistics, completion rates, user trends, and the status of courses, including those in draft, popular courses, and newly added content. You can learn more about Dashboard here.


Manage courses

Your courses and assessments can be quickly configured on Keka Learn. Keka Learn supports different media formats including documents in popular formats, pages of text, videos and quizzes to assess the progress.  

You can quickly create and release courses to your employees, be it mandatory training or a new skill that you want everyone to learn.  

Course Library

This tab consists of all the available courses. You can use the Grid or list view (1) option to switch the view and Filter out the required course using the Category dropdown(2).

My Courses

In the My Courses tab, you will discover the courses assigned to you. This section clearly displays the courses you are currently working on, as well as those you have successfully completed.

Reports

From this section you can get detailed reports of all the Learners, their status and also Course status.

Learners

To view the Learn tab for a specific learner, simply open any employee's profile and navigate to the Learn tab. This section will display all the courses assigned to the learner, along with their current status, indicating whether they are in progress or have been completed.

Manage Learners

Learners are central to the learning process. Keka Learn allows you to add and manage learners for the various courses you have created. You can select and invite specific employees or maybe the whole organization if you wish to do so.  

 

Track Learning Progress 

You can keep an eye on how your learners are doing via the learning dashboard that gives you insights into enrollment and completion dates, along with several other aggregate statistics. You can also analyze course progress at an individual course level and understand how learners are doing in these courses.
