Using Keka Learn Reports
Access and manage learner and course reports with Keka Learn
Reports always help in uncovering deeper insights into anything you do. Keka Learn also comes with a set of reports that you can use to glean important information regarding the users and the courses that you have running on Keka Learn.
Let us see how you can view and use these reports
Currently, Keka Learn offers 3 different reports for your use.
- All leaner's Report - Gives you an overview of the users in Keka Learn and information such as the number of courses assigned to them and the completion status of each course.
- Course status Report - This shows you the status of each course you have created on the system along with important details. These including the number of enrollments and the completion status of these users.
- Learner status Report - This report provides a summary of the users enrolled in each course, detailing their completion status and the total time they have dedicated to course activities.
To view these, go to your Keka Learn (1) portal and then select the Reports tab (2).
In the reports section, you can find the three reports. To access any report, click on the report title. Let us take a look at the All Learner's Report.
Choose the appropriate parameters from the available filters in the report, then click on the 'Run' button to generate and view the report.
This will show you details about the users and the courses they are enrolled in as well as the completion status of these courses.
Similarly, select any other report, select the values you need in the filters and click Run to view the particulars of the report.
