How to Download an Expanded Organisation Chart

Overview

The Organisation Chart helps you visualise your company's reporting structure. You can now expand reporting hierarchies and download the org chart in the same expanded view for easier sharing, documentation, and organisational planning.

Who Can Access This Feature?

Users with access to the Organisation Chart can download the chart based on the visibility permissions configured in Keka.

Steps to Download an Expanded Org Chart

1. Navigate to ORG > Employees > Employee Directory.
2. Expand the reporting hierarchy using the expand (+) icon on employee cards.
3. Continue expanding additional levels as needed.
4. Click the Download option available on the organisation chart page and select Expanded Tree.
5. The downloaded file will reflect the org chart exactly as it appears in the expanded view.

Important Notes

• The downloaded org chart includes only the hierarchy currently visible in the expanded view.
• Users can choose how many levels to expand before downloading.
• Access and visibility depend on organisational permissions and role-based access settings.
• Large organisational structures may result in larger download files.
