You can configure a custom email domain in Keka to send emails using your organisation's branded domain instead of the default Keka email domain.
Navigation
Steps to Add a Custom Domain
- Go to Global Settings.
- Select Communications and open the Email Settings tab.
- Click + Add Custom Domain.
- In the Add Custom Domain window, enter:
- Display Name: The sender name that recipients will see.
- Domain: Your organisation's email domain (for example,
company.com). - Alias: The default email alias to be used with the domain.
- Click Next.
Configure DNS Records
- Keka generates the required DNS records for domain verification.
- Add the displayed CNAME and TXT records in your DNS provider's portal exactly as shown.
- After adding the records, return to Keka and click Confirm.
Once the DNS records are verified successfully, the custom domain becomes available for sending emails from Keka using your branded email identity.
Note: DNS record propagation may take some time depending on your DNS provider. Domain verification will complete only after all required records are successfully validated.
