Core HR: Data Sets for Custom Report Builder

Overview

We’ve introduced Core HR Data Sets for the Custom Report Builder (CRB) to enable customers to create flexible, self-serve reports without engineering dependency.

As part of this update, core employee and organizational data has been standardized and made available as predefined datasets, allowing users to build reports more easily while ensuring existing reports continue to work within the new framework.

What’s New

Standardized Core HR Datasets
Predefined datasets such as Employee and Organization data are now available in the Custom Report Builder, providing a consistent foundation for building reports.

Migration to Scalable Data Infrastructure
Employee and identity data have been migrated to Snowflake, improving scalability, performance, and reliability for reporting.

Existing Reports Migrated to CRB Framework
Current reports have been transitioned to the new Custom Report Builder framework, ensuring a seamless experience without disruption for existing users.
