Introduction
The Transactions Report provides end-to-end visibility into all payment transactions processed via Check—including both payroll and non-payroll (ad hoc) transactions.
This report enables Payroll Admins and Finance teams to:
View payment-level and payment-attempt level details
Track real-time payment statuses
Filter and analyse transactions
Download data for reconciliation, audits, and support workflows
It acts as a single source of truth for all Check-related transactions within Keka.
How to Access the Transactions Report
Navigate to Payroll.
Go to Reports.
Select Transactions Report (Check).
4. Select the paygroup and the year.
5. Click on Run.
