How can I set up reminders if a candidate doesn’t respond to a scheduling request or offer in Keka Hire?

Keka Hire does not currently trigger automatic reminders to candidates who haven’t responded to:

• Interview scheduling requests

• Job offers

Recruiters or hiring managers need to take manual follow-up actions within the platform.

Recommended Workarounds:

1. Send a manual follow-up

   • Go to the candidate’s profile

   • Use the built-in Email tab to resend the scheduling or offer message

2. Use Email Templates

   • Leverage the Email Templates feature in Keka Hire

   • Create or use pre-written reminder content to save time

3. Track candidate stages

   • Monitor stages like:

     • “Interview scheduling pending”

     • “Offer pending acceptance”

   • Manually trigger a reminder based on stage or inactivity

4. Offer Status Tracking

   • The system displays offer statuses (e.g., Pending, Accepted, Declined)

   • Use this status as a signal to nudge candidates if they haven’t responded
