Revisiting strong candidates from previous hiring cycles can help you fill roles faster without compromising on quality. With Keka Hire’s Talent Pool, you can easily re-engage applicants who weren’t selected earlier but showed potential.
The Talent Pool helps you maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates—saving time, reducing sourcing efforts, and helping you hire more efficiently.
Re-Engage Past Applicants
Go to the Hire tab from the left navigation menu.
Click on the Candidates section.
Select the Talent Pool tab.
Find the candidate you want to re-engage.
Click the three dots under the Action column.
Choose Move to Job to assign the candidate to a new open position.
The candidate will now be considered for the selected role, allowing you to re-engage them without starting the process from scratch.
