Is it possible to re-engage past applicants for new roles?

Introduction

Revisiting strong candidates from previous hiring cycles can help you fill roles faster without compromising on quality. With Keka Hire’s Talent Pool, you can easily re-engage applicants who weren’t selected earlier but showed potential.

The Talent Pool helps you maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates—saving time, reducing sourcing efforts, and helping you hire more efficiently.

Re-Engage Past Applicants

1. Go to the Hire tab from the left navigation menu.

2. Click on the Candidates section.

3. Select the Talent Pool tab.

4. Find the candidate you want to re-engage.

5. Click the three dots under the Action column.

6. Choose Move to Job to assign the candidate to a new open position.
   
   

The candidate will now be considered for the selected role, allowing you to re-engage them without starting the process from scratch.
