Introduction
Rejecting candidates is a necessary part of the hiring process—but it doesn’t have to be manual. With Keka Hire, you can automate rejection emails so that candidates are informed promptly and respectfully.
This feature uses Global Workflow Automation to trigger an email whenever a candidate is marked as Rejected.
Managing Rejections via Keka Hire
Go to the Hire module.
Click on Settings.
Select Workflow Automation.
Under Global Workflows, find and open the Candidate Archived workflow.
Click the pencil icon to edit the workflow settings.
Configure the email content and conditions as needed.
Once this workflow is active, the system will automatically send a rejection email whenever a candidate is archived with the Rejected status.
Notes, Tips, Important
Note: This workflow applies to all candidates moved to the Rejected status.
Tip: You can disable the workflow at any time if you prefer to send emails manually.
