How to enable/disable Display of Payslips Generated via Imported Salaries?

In Keka, payslips generated via imported salaries are visible only to Admins by default.
This helps control which salary details employees can view.
If you want to make these payslips visible (or hide them) for employees, follow the steps below.

Steps to Enable or Disable Payslip Visibility

1. Go to Payroll → Settings → Pay Groups.

2. Click on the Other Settings tab.

3. Under Payslip Settings, select Update Settings.

   

4. Toggle on/off the option Display payslip generated via imported salaries to employees.

5. Click Save.
