Introduction
For added security, Keka gives you the option to password-protect payslips sent via email. This ensures that only the intended employee can access their salary information.
However, not all organizations may want this level of protection. That’s why Keka allows you to enable or disable payslip password protection based on your preference.
This article shows you how to update that setting.
Steps
Go to the Payroll section in the Keka portal.
Click Settings.
Open the Paygroup tab.
Click Other Settings.
You’ll now be on the Payslip Settings page.
Select Update Settings.
Use the toggle next to Payslip Password Protection to enable or disable the setting.
Click Save to apply your changes.
