Inspecting Payslip Settings for Leave Summary Visibility

Employee not assigned to a leave plan

1. Go to Time & Attendance → Leave Plans.

2. Ensure the employee is mapped to an active leave plan.

   

Leave summary not visible in UI preview

1. The summary may not appear in the UI preview but will be present in the downloaded payslip.

2. Check via: My Finances → My Pay → Payslips → Download Payslip.

   

Payslip settings not configured properly

1. Go to Payroll → Settings → Select Pay Group → Settings Icon → Other Settings → Payslip Settings.

2. Enable "Include Leave Summary in Payslip" and save changes.
