Your payslip shows a detailed breakdown of your salary, divided into two main sections:
Income – Basic Pay, HRA, DA, etc.
Deductions – PF, Health Insurance, Taxes, etc.
Not all organizations include every allowance or deduction. In some cases, certain components may need to be hidden from the payslip.
Steps to Hide a Component in the Payslip
Go to Payroll → Settings → Pay Groups.
Choose the relevant Pay Group and click the Configure icon.
Select Salary Components → Recurring Components.
Use the Search Bar to find the component you want to hide.
Click the Edit icon next to it.
In the overlay window, scroll down and check the following boxes:
Pay this component outside regular salary of employees
Hide component in payslip
Click Update to save the changes.
