PERFORM: Skill-wise certificate report

Upskilling visibility just got easier. Keka has introduced a new Skill-wise Certificate Report to help organisations monitor employee certifications aligned with assigned skills. This consolidated report enhances transparency in learning progress and strengthens compliance tracking for audits and internal reviews.

What’s new?

The Skill-wise Certificate Report captures all certificates submitted by employees and maps them to their respective skills. This enables HR and L&D teams to assess progress, validate credentials, and identify areas for further development.

Key fields in the report:

1. Certificate Name
2. Issuing Organisation
3. Issue and Expiration Dates
4. Certificate ID
5. Certificate URL
   
   

Where to access the report

1. Go to Performance and click on Reports. Under Reports, go to Skill Reports section and select Skills Certificate Report. 
2. Export and review the report to get a complete view of certification compliance

This report helps in tracking training effectiveness, employee growth, and certification currency.

Who can access it?

Available to users with Global Admin or Performance Admin roles in the Perform module.
