Hire module allows requisition reviewers to send requisitions back to the creator for edits instead of outright denial. This enhancement streamlines collaboration, reduces duplication, and ensures faster correction and resubmission of requisitions.
What’s new?
Send back to creator option
Requisition reviewers can now return a requisition to the creator for necessary changes using the new “Send Back” button.
Located on the top-right of the requisition review screen. Reviewers must provide comments explaining the reason for the return. Creators receive the feedback and can act accordingly without starting from scratch

During re-submission, requisition creators can also add comments to explain their updates or justification for the revision.
Improved mobile number country code retention
To simplify candidate data uploads:
-
The country code (ISD) now defaults to the last-used value by the recruiter
-
This change eliminates the repetitive step of selecting a country code for each upload-especially helpful for recruiters working within a single geography (e.g., India or USA)
Who can use it?
These enhancements are available to requisition reviewers and recruiters using the Hire module in Keka.
