- Go to Time Attend > Leave.
- Under Leave Plan, select the relevant Leave Plan and Leave Type.
- For the selected Leave Type, click 3 dots under Actions and select update.
- In the Notice Period section, scroll down to the Accrual for Notice Period section.
- Enable the option "For employee leaving, leave are prorated based on their exiting date."
- Click Save Changes and exit the window.
This will prorate leave based on the employee’s exit date.
