Go to Time Attend from the left navigation panel.
On the top menu, click Leave.
Stay on the Leave Plans tab.
From the list on the left, select the Leave Plan you want to configure.
Against the relevant Leave Type (for example, Casual Leave), click Setup under the ACTION column.
In the leave type configuration, open the Accrual tab.
Under Yearly Quota, choose Days or Hours and set the yearly quota (or Unlimited).
In Allocation & Accrual Rate, select Leave accrues based on attendance and define the rule (e.g.,
For every 5 days worked, accrue 1 day of leaveorFor every 40 hours worked, accrue 1 hour of leave).Optionally, set Accrual Restrictions (expiry and any attendance-based limits).
Click Save And Next (or Save) to apply.
