Introduction
Managing candidate applications across multiple job roles can get overwhelming. To make it easier, Keka Hire allows you to generate a job-wise candidate report that shows who applied for which job, within a specific time frame.
This report helps recruiters review application volumes and track hiring progress for each role.
Access Reports
Go to the Hire section in your Keka dashboard.
Click on Reports from the left menu.
Under the Candidate Perspective category, select Job-wise Candidate Information Report.
Generate the Report
Choose the Date Range for which you want to pull data.
Select the Job Title from the dropdown.
Click Run to generate the report.
Once the report is displayed, click Download to export it as a file for offline use or sharing.
