Time to Hire refers to the total time it takes to fill a job—from the moment a position is created to when it’s successfully closed. Monitoring this metric helps you measure hiring efficiency and identify delays in your recruitment process.
In Keka Hire, you can easily access Time to Hire insights using the built-in analytics dashboard.
View Time to Hire Metrics in Keka Hire
Go to the Hire tab from the left navigation menu.
Click on Home.
Select the Insights option.
Under the Organization Metrics section, click Time to Hire.
This will open the analytics page where you can track hiring timelines.
Use the available filters to narrow down data by Department or Job.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to view detailed analytics and breakdowns.
