How can we generate a report according to the offer letter status?

Introduction

An offer letter is the formal confirmation of employment, outlining compensation and benefits for a selected candidate. When you're managing multiple job openings, tracking the status of these offer letters can become a challenge.

Keka makes it easy with the Candidate Offer Status Report. This report gives you a centralized view of all candidates with released offers, including their current status.

Offer Progress Report

1. Go to the Hire section in the left-hand navigation.

2. Click on Reports.

3. Under the Candidate Perspective section, select Candidate Offer Status Report.
   
   
    

4. On the report page:

   • Choose your Date Range.

   • Click Run to generate the report.

The report will display a list of candidates along with their offer statuses and other relevant details pulled from your Keka Hire data.

5. To keep a copy, click the Download icon to export the report.
