How to download Recruiter-wise Candidate Information Report?

Introduction

In Keka, every candidate can be assigned a Recruiter as the Candidate Owner. The Recruiter is responsible for managing the candidate’s journey from the moment they are added to the system until they complete the interview process. The Recruiter will coordinate with the candidate and schedule interviews as required.

Download a report 

1. Navigate to Hire from the left-side menu.

2. Select Reports under the Reports section.

3. Under Candidate Perspective, choose Recruiter-Wise Candidate Information Report.
   
   

Customizing the Report

1. You can filter the report based on Date Range, Job Title, and Owner (Recruiter).

2. Click Run to generate the report.

3. Once generated, use the Download Icon to download the report.
   
   

This process will allow you to view detailed information on candidates and their respective recruiters efficiently.
