How to Generate the Candidate offer-status report?

Introduction

After sending an offer letter to a candidate, it's important to track their response. The Candidate Offer Status Report in Keka Hire helps you monitor whether an offer is accepted, rejected, revoked, or still pending—giving you full visibility into the outcome of your hiring efforts.

Generate the Candidate offer-status report

1. Go to the Hire module in the left-hand menu.

2. Click on the Reports tab at the top.

3. Under the Candidate Perspective category, select Candidate Offer-Status Report.
   
   

4. Choose your desired date range and click Run to generate the report.

5. Once the report loads, scroll to the right to view the Offer Status column.

6. To download the report, click the Download icon.
