Introduction
Recruiters often collect resumes from multiple channels, and manually entering each one can be time-consuming. Keka Hire simplifies this with a bulk resume upload feature that parses resume content automatically, extracting all key candidate information in one go.
Here’s how you can upload multiple resumes in a few simple steps.
Select the Job
Go to the Hire tab in the left menu.
Click Jobs.
Choose the job card for which you want to upload resumes.
Access Bulk Resume Upload
Click the Add Candidate dropdown.
Select Bulk Upload.
Then choose Bulk Upload Resumes.
Upload the Resumes
Click Select from System and choose a .zip file containing all the resumes you want to upload.
Click Continue to validate the file and begin the upload.
Once processed, the system will automatically parse each resume and extract relevant details into candidate profiles for that job.
File Format Requirement
Important: Your file must be in .zip format and should only contain resume files for successful upload and parsing.
