In some cases, department heads may want to restrict the visibility of their department objectives to only members within their team. To support this need, Keka provides a flexible visibility setting that allows performance admins to control who can view department-level objectives.
Here’s how you can update the visibility settings for department objectives:
Go to the Performance module.
Open the Goals section.
Click on the Settings tab at the top.
Under Goal Settings, click Edit to modify visibility preferences.
In the settings window, uncheck the option “Visible to All Employees”.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Once updated, department objectives will only be visible to members of that department, maintaining privacy while ensuring clarity for relevant team members.
This setting gives performance admins better control over organisational visibility, enabling departments to manage goals independently while maintaining focus and confidentiality.
