If the option “Auto-approve and skip this level if no action is taken in X days” is turned on, and the approver doesn’t act within the set number of days, the request will automatically move to the next approver.
- This applies to all levels except the final approval level.
- If the option “Auto-approve if the approver is missing” is enabled, the system will skip that level when:
- The approver is not registered in Keka.
- The approver has left the company.
- The approver doesn’t have the assigned role.
- For example, if the approver is set as Reporting Manager, but no one is assigned that role in Keka, the system will skip that approver and send the request to the next one.
- The final approver will only be skipped if they are not registered in Keka.
